Kim Mihalik is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. With over 20 years of experience in education and healthcare learning and development, she brings a seasoned, multidimensional perspective to therapeutic work—combining strategic insight, emotional attunement, and a deep respect for each client’s story.


Kim has led national virtual learning initiatives within the healthcare sector, empowering teams through curriculum design, facilitation, and leadership coaching. She also spent time as a cohost on the Mike Trivisonno Show, where she honed her skills in public communication, emotional storytelling, and connecting with diverse audiences through candid, compassionate dialogue.


Currently pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling at Capella University, Kim integrates cognitive behavioral theory and structured CBT-based activities to help clients build insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical coping strategies. Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in ethical clarity.
